With 19 years’ experience in delivery of PROACTIS and INFOR SunSystems customer support services, Chris joined Touchstone 7 years ago as our Help Desk Manager. Having begun her career first as a management accountant and then a systems administrator using PROACTIS and INFOR SunSystems, Chris found her true calling card as Head of Customer Support Services. Passionate about customer care and dedicated to her role, Chris has been responsible for helping grow and maturing our seasoned team of 18 Help Desk Support Consultants who deliver varying levels of skill application and technical support service. She has helped build strong partnerships with the software authors to ensure her team is fully trained and accredited to offer our clients the best possible advice and support services.
By leading from the front, Chris has also been instrumental in extending our support services portfolio by implementing our offsite ‘Software Upgrade Centre’. This new service is designed to carry out ‘risk-free’ system upgrades for customers with minimal disruption to ‘business as usual’. Chris has helped bring ‘best industry practices’ to our client support role and has introduced new standards when approaching the installation and configuration of business software. All system implementations we deliver on behalf of our customers benefit from site-specific installation guides, and where required, process specific user manuals that help ensure any upgrade process is optimised with minimal risk to our customers and their systems.
